A Diamond Amazon is a legendary pet and is obtained by buying a Golden Plantain. There is a 2.5% chance of taming a Diamond Amazon.
Golden Plantains are purchased for 199 Robux from the new Rain Shops or Adopt Me Robux shop during the update.
The other pets available during the update are the Ocelot, Green Amazon and the White Amazon.
