The Adopt Me GOSH 2022 Update started on 10th November 2022 and ended on 17th November 2022. The update was a promotional partnership between Adopt Me and Great Ormond Street Hospital charity. The event lasted for 1 week.
The Adopt Me GOSH 2022 Update brought a new pet, the Therapy Dog that was given to players by the NPC Patty. You could find patty at her stand opposite the playground.

Players could receive the Therapy Dog for free from Patty the NPC.
Where Could You Get Items?
Players received the Therapy Dog for free from the NPC Patty. You could find Patty at her stand which was opposite the playground. She gave players the task of healing their pets three times. Players received the Therapy Dog on completion of the task.

In order for players to obtain the free Therapy Dog pet, they had to first travel to the new stand and talk to Patty the NPC for the event. Patty then gave players the task of healing three sick pets. Players could heal the pet either with an apple or a hospital visit. Once the task was completed, Patty gave the new pet to the player.
